Le Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) est un réseau de train léger automatisé conçu pour simplifier les déplacements dans la grande région de Montréal. Le REM est l'un des plus importants réseaux de transport automatisé au monde et le plus important projet de transport en commun entrepris au Québec au cours des 50 dernières années. Avec ses 67 km et 26 stations, le REM vous emmènera rapidement au centre-ville, sur la Rive-Sud, sur la Rive-Nord, dans l'ouest de l'île ainsi qu'à l'aéroport.
Joindre l'équipe du REM, c'est saisir une opportunité unique de faire partie d'une équipe de service à la clientèle déployée sur l'ensemble du réseau REM pour un projet mobilisateur de très'haute visibilité. L'agent de service à la clientèle du REM interagit avec la clientèle en station et en déplacement. Il aide des milliers de voyageurs à vivre une expérience de transport agréable et répond à leurs questions en lien avec leurs déplacements.
Lieu de travail :
Les candidats(es) débuteront leurs quarts de travail aux stations Fairview Pointe-Claire, Anse-À-l'Orme ou Bois-Franc.
Votre rôle
Offrir un service à la clientèle complet ainsi qu'un accueil chaleureux et courtois;
Renseigner, répondre et conseiller les clients en fonction de leurs besoins;
Prendre en charge les demandes spécifiques et les problèmes du client sur place pour mener à une résolution rapide et adéquate;
Adopter une attitude chaleureuse qui dépasse l'attente du client;
Rester en contact fréquent avec les différents départements;
Rédiger des rapports quotidiens et les partager avec le superviseur direct.

À propos de vous
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou collégiales ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience;
Orienté service, vous placez le client au centre de vos préoccupations;
Connaissance du milieu du transport collectif ou du secteur public (un atout);
Habiletés de communication en français et en anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais) **;
Expérience avec le public (atout);
Entregent, courtoisie et politesse;
Autonomie, dynamisme et forte habilitée en communication;
Bonnes connaissances informatiques – Suite Microsoft Office et autres;
Approche structurée et rigoureuse;
Bonne gestion du stress et capacité à travailler sous pression;
Proactivité et initiative.
