  • Lead on development of PQQ/ITT and contractor evaluation processes to support clients in chosen procurement routes.
  • Interrogate and drive production of monthly PSR (CVR) and associated commercial reports such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy on projects to maximise revenue and cash flow.
  • Set the standard and expectations for change control, contract management and claims/disputes.
  • Guide project teams on commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Interpret/input into contract programmes and schedules to identify associated risks and utilise commercial levers.
  • Mentor and manage more junior members of the commercial team and promote regular visibility across offices and sites, where teams are based.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company Management System (CMS) and all AtkinsRéalis procedures, uphold company values and promote safety culture.
  • Contribute to wider market and divisional requirements as they arise.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders within project and business deadlines.
