Overview
Located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, the Maison Symphonique is a must-visit venue in Montréal. Chosen as the home of the OSM, this concert hall also hosts a variety of events ranging from classical to jazz.
Internationally recognized, the Maison Symphonique was inaugurated in 2011 according to the highest international standards in acoustics and architecture. It is also the first cultural project in Québec to be developed and operated under a public-private partnership model.
Your role
In collaboration with the Customer Service Manager:
Plan resources for each event and ensure the collection of all supporting documents.
Plan bar product orders, participate in the procurement process, receive and inventory merchandise with the bar team leader.
Participate in audits and month-end reviews related to bar operations.
Closely monitor the performance of the main service provider, validate related account statements, and promptly process the required reports.
Ensure optimal site conditions through regular inspection rounds and plan corrective actions and periodic work with the cleaning service provider as needed.
Contribute to the development of annual, five-year, and other budgets.
Keep all customer service documentation up to date.
On-site during public events:
Act as AtkinsRéalis' representative for the Maison Symphonique and as the point of contact for clients (spectators and users).
Generally, verify the presence of event staff (ushers, bars, building technician, security) and ensure everything runs according to contractual expectations.
Coordinate peripheral events (pre-concert conferences, receptions, and others) and handle any last-minute requests.
Complete all relevant reports and reconcile associated expenses.

About you
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service in roles relevant to the position described above.
Ability to respond promptly in emergency situations.
Highly versatile, autonomous, and a strong leader.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Full proficiency in Office 365 software (MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint) is required.
Excellent command of French and English.
**This position requires a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
** This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the clients and/or suppliers you will interact with will be English-speaking.
