Aperçu
Rejoignez une équipe d'ingénierie de classe mondiale et contribuez à la réalisation de projets miniers majeurs dans le Nord du Québec (Rouyn-Noranda). En tant que Directeur(trice) de la construction, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la livraison sécuritaire, efficace et performante de projets complexes, de la planification à la mise en service. Vous collaborerez avec une équipe multidisciplinaire et serez au cœur des opérations sur le chantier.
Votre rôle
- Diriger et gérer l'équipe de gestion de la construction sur site tout au long du cycle du projet
- Mettre en œuvre et promouvoir les programmes de santé, sécurité, sûreté, environnement et communauté (SSSEC)
- Planifier, organiser et optimiser les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux
- Superviser les contrôles de projet liés'aux coûts, échéanciers, qualité et avancement des travaux
- Assurer une communication efficace avec le client et les parties prenantes sur le chantier
- Gérer l'administration des contrats et encadrer les équipes multidisciplinaires
- Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif, sécuritaire et axé sur la performance

- Capacité à diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires sur des projets de construction complexes
- Maîtrise de la gestion des projets miniers et des normes de santé et sécurité
- Aptitude à gérer les risques, les contrats et les performances de projet
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les parties prenantes
- Expérience démontrée dans l'ensemble du cycle de projet, de la faisabilité à la mise en service
