Actualmente, se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis Perú como Gerente de Construcción, en la División de Minerales y Metales.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar el plan de construcción'alineado con la estrategia del proyecto y la fase de desarrollo inicial.
Liderar la seguridad y salud en el sitio de construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares aplicables.
Coordinar los contratos de paquetes de obra, asegurando su revisión'y aprobación'en conjunto con la empresa.
Supervisar el diseño y la compatibilidad constructiva de planos, especificaciones y recomendaciones para optimizar la ejecución.
Identificar y supervisar la gestión del personal clave en todas las especialidades del Portafolio de proyectos a su cargo, conforme a la normativa minera y de seguridad laboral.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de permisos y regulaciones, designando contratistas principales conforme a la normativa de seguridad laboral.
Gestionar contratistas y actividades en el sitio, asegurando el cumplimiento del cronograma y la calidad de ejecución.
Monitorear y reportar el progreso de la construcción, incluyendo hitos críticos y análisis de impacto en recursos y logística.
Supervisar la seguridad y accesos al sitio, controlando el ingreso de personal, vehículos y equipos.
Mantener sustentos del avance de obra, asegurando documentación precisa para entrega final.
Establecer y mantener líneas claras de comunicación'entre el cliente, contratistas, supervisores y otras partes interesadas, fomentando una gestión proactiva y colaborativa.
Revisar y validar las valorizaciones mensuales de las obras ejecutadas por los contratistas.
Elaborar y entregar reportes técnicos requeridos por el cliente, incluyendo reportes de no conformidad según sea necesario.
Controlar el avance del programa de obras en conformidad con los documentos contractuales.
Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.
Requisitos:
Formación'Académica: Titulado(a) y Colegiado(a) de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica o afines.
Experiencia de 20 años en general, con experiencia de 10 años en cargos afines.
Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos bajo el enfoque del PMI.
