Overview

We are looking for a senior ICT Engineer with strong experience in site supervision for large‑scale building and tower projects. The candidate must have hands-on UAE experience, excellent technical understanding of ICT/ELV systems, and the ability to oversee contractors, ensure compliance, and manage site execution to meet both project specifications and authority requirements.

Your role

  • Supervise onsite installation of ICT/ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Structured Cabling, Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and verify quality of ICT installations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, MEP teams, civil teams, and vendors.
  • Liaise with UAE authorities (DU/Etisalat, SIRA) for compliance and approvals.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover activities for all ICT systems.
  • Prepare daily reports, track progress, and highlight issues or delays.
  • Ensure all ICT works follow safety, quality, and authority guidelines.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant ICT engineering experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
  • Proven experience working on high‑rise towers, commercial complexes, residential buildings, or mixed‑use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Structured cabling systems
  • Data networks and IP‑based systems
  • CCTV, ACS, SMATV, IPTV, Intercom
  • Firewalls, network switches, routers (is desirable)
  • Local authority standards (DU/Etisalat approvals)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Office, and ICT design tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
