Overview
Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity as a Receiver? Join our team in the dynamic environment of our client, the Ministry of Transport, in Val-d'Or. Take on this challenge within an inclusive and collaborative team.
Your Role
The site assistant will act as a Receiver. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Verify and manage delivery slips and work orders;
File various documents according to established procedures;
Update necessary documents and enter data;
Check invoices and ensure follow-up on quantities received;
Collect weight tickets for all work paid by the ton;
Record the exact delivery site with chainage and mileage, as well as delivery times;
Sign tickets;
Complete a timesheet.
