Job Title: Recruitment Advisor (6-month Contractual)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team in Linxon's Chennai office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, screening applications, and building robust talent pipelines for a variety of roles within the business. You will work closely with the Senior Recruitment Advisor to ensure that all hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively, supporting the growth of our organization.
What will you do?
- Conduct targeted sourcing activities across multiple channels to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen CVs and applications, carrying out initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruitment Advisor to understand workforce requirements and contribute to recruitment strategy development.
- Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment activities using the company's'applicant tracking system.
Experience, Education and other Required:
- We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 3 -5 years of experience.
- This role is initially a 6-month contractual position. Based on performance, the contract may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills, with the ability to build effective talent pipelines.
- Working with workday (hands-on experience is mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is desirable.
