Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Depot Construction & Integration Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major metro depot for the DMBL project. This role requires a seasoned professional with holistic experience across civil, structural, MEP, and rail systems integration, capable of driving coordination between multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with key stakeholders such as RTA. The ideal candidate will bring strong Middle East project exposure (preferably UAE) and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively represent the project in client-facing environments.

Your role

  • Lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of depot construction works, covering:
    • Civil & structural works.
    • Buildings (administration, maintenance, operational).
    • MEP systems.
    • Rail systems integration (track, signaling, power, telecom, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless integration between depot infrastructure and rail systems.
  • Act as a single-point coordinator ("all-rounder") across multiple disciplines to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Manage and interface with:
    • Client (RTA and stakeholders).
    • Consultants and contractors.
    • Internal multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drive construction sequencing, interface management, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Support and participate in client presentations and technical discussions, ensuring clear articulation of technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and coordination challenges.

About you

Experience

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure / metro / rail projects.
  • Proven experience delivering metro depot projects or similar complex facilities.
  • Strong exposure to:
    • Civil & structural works.
    • Buildings and depot facilities.
    • MEP systems.
    • Rail systems integration.
  • Demonstrated experience working on projects in Dubai / UAE / Middle East (highly preferred).

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end depot construction lifecycle.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and interface management.
  • Knowledge of rail systems integration within depot environments.
  • Familiarity with RTA standards and requirements is advantageous.
