Overview

Are you an innovative senior civil or structural engineer or consultant who is capable of agile, lateral thinking and enjoys applying and developing technical leadership and engineering management skills to deliver exciting projects? Do you aspire to thrive in a niche industry utilising your experience in delivery ownership of structural design and assessment, finite element analysis, technical report writing and reviewing, as well as your soft skills in client engagement and engineering management?

Are you chartered with a recognised civil or structural engineering institution (IStructE, ICE or other) in your current job or have a similar level of capability to this, but want to invigorate your career and bolster your portfolio with exciting new projects within a buoyant industry? If so, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for fulltime senior civil and structural engineers to join our newly established and growing team in Sheffield, to support a wide range of new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs and future fusion reactor technologies. • You can coordinate across multidisciplinary projects.
  • You can lead, undertake, and review design of new building structures, and take responsibility for project ownership.
  • You have worked in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power or rail.
  • You can work collaboratively from our offices and across our client sites to understand clients' needs and deliver to time, cost and quality.
  • You can write bids and tenders to win work.
  • You can manage, lead and mentor staff.
