Overview
This role involves coordinating manpower, monitoring progress, and supporting quality checks for successful project delivery.
Your role
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works at the construction site, including equipment installation, alignment, and testing.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to meet project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, punch lists, and assist in material tracking.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, and related components.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Support pre-commissioning and testing activities as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director.

About you
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant experience across Data Centre / Telecom projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation
- Understanding of modular construction will be an advantage
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
- Experience in site coordination and working with multicultural teams.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
- Candidates with less exp will be considered for Construction Manager
