Overview
Responsible for supervising and monitoring road construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Your role
- Monitor road construction works for compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and witness testing to verify quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify defects, raise NCRs/SORs, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Review and support approval of shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, progress, and resource deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and approved safety plans.
- Coordinate interfaces with utilities, drainage, structures, traffic management, lighting, landscaping, and authorities.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and provide inputs for progress reporting.
- Witness testing, commissioning, punch-list closure, and handover activities.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 13+ years of experience in road/highway/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE, and contract requirements.
- Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
