Responsibilities

  • Carry out site supervision duties for structural and civil engineering works in accordance with project requirements, contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that structural works are constructed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety, and quality of works performed by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues and facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, structural steelworks, foundations, retaining structures, and other structural elements as required.
  • Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying construction risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and further develop professional and technical competencies in structural engineering and site supervision

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid TCP T3 qualification in Hong Kong
  • Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in site supervision of structural and civil engineering works.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong construction regulations, site supervision requirements and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
