You will also assess the related elements such as fire and life safety systems following client specifications and worldwide standards. You will work on a range of underground facilities and tunnels, including metro systems, railway stations, road tunnels, cable tunnels and more.

Your role

  • Planning, designing and installing ventilation systems for tunnel projects.
  • Working on a range of systems to ensure tunnels are safe.
  • Planning and overseeing commissioning, operation, refurbishment, and upgrade of tunnel infrastructure.
  • On-site inspection and performance testing of tunnel ventilation systems.
  • Applying fluid mechanics and thermodynamics for fire and ventilation modelling.
  • Implementing fire safety engineering, risk analysis and evacuation analysis.
