What does a Senior Architect do?
Senior Architects collaborate with clients to drive discussions to resolutions based on risk assessments they have carried out as well as their technical expertise. They are responsible for overseeing junior team members and report to Project Managers.

Hard skills for a Senior Architect
- You will have good conceptual and design skills, with aesthetic flair. A strong design sense ensures that the final product is both functional and visually appealing.
- You will have an excellent ability in Revit and Adobe Suite. These tools are essential for creating detailed drawings and renderings that communicate your designs to stakeholders.
- You will have experience and knowledge of compliance requirements as this contributes to the accuracy and quality of architectural plans and minimises risks.
- You will possess a solid knowledge of products, materials, zoning/building codes, and construction methods. This helps the team to adhere to legal standards and streamlines the approval process.
