Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport-hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities and critical flood defence schemes. Across all our markets, we touch every aspect of the social and economic framework. We help our customers to get the most out of their infrastructure assets. We provide the information they need to make key plans and decisions about the future, such as when to invest in their assets and what maintenance activities to prioritise. We help them to understand their data and bring it to life, using a variety of tools and solutions.

Degree requirements: Minimum 2.2 BEng in an Engineering discipline

Typical locations: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester (Please note location availability may vary by team and during the campaign in line with application volumes and business needs. If your preferred options are not available, we encourage you to select an alternative.)

Asset & Information Management

Our Asset & Information Management team is at the forefront of some of the UK’s most significant and complex infrastructure projects. We work across sectors including Water, Defence, Aviation, Energy, and Transport, partnering with major clients such as the majority of UK water and wastewater companies, Heathrow Airport Limited, Network Rail, the Environment Agency, and EDF’s Sizewell C. Our reach also extends globally, supporting clients in the Middle East, Australia, and North America.

We’ve pioneered a transformative approach to Asset Management, grounded in systems thinking and built on deep engineering expertise. By working closely with our clients, together we unlock the full potential of their data and digital investments - delivering smarter, more sustainable outcomes.

Here’s a snapshot of the services you could be involved in:

  • Asset Management Advisory
    Supporting clients on their asset management journey—from ISO55000 maturity assessments and policy development to strategic and investment planning.

  • Asset Inspection & Condition Assessment
    Designing and delivering surveys to assess asset condition, predict performance, and prioritise investment.

  • Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS)
    Helping clients select, implement, and optimise systems that manage their assets - covering everything from procurement to configuration.

  • Business Analysis
    Identifying business needs and opportunities for improvement - whether through digital solutions, process enhancements, or organisational change.

  • Data Analytics & AI
    Using advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to uncover insights, forecast asset performance, and support data-driven decisions.

  • Digital Solutions
    Delivering digital transformation through innovative tools and platforms that streamline processes and enhance asset management.

  • Digital Twins
    Creating realistic digital representations of physical assets and systems to support better decision-making and drive improved outcomes.

As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Analysing data to inform asset investment planning
  • Developing health metrics to monitor asset performance
  • Contributing to Strategic Asset Management Plans
  • Supporting long-term investment planning and demand analysis
  • Mapping and optimising asset lifecycle processes
  • Reviewing risk management and contingency planning procedures
  • Supporting asset inspections by assisting with on-site surveys and condition assessments
