Overview
As a Document Controller, you will be at the center of project information flow, ensuring the quality, compliance, and accessibility of documents for all stakeholders.
Your role
As part of the Document Control team, reporting to the Document Control Director, you will:
- Manage and control project documents for all stakeholders, ensuring that contractual documentation requirements are met and properly communicated.
- Implement document control procedures and provide training to the document control team and project stakeholders.
- Maintain and support the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring efficient document flow and proper version control.
- Distribute technical, administrative, and vendor documents to all relevant parties, in compliance with project procedures.
- Maintain the Master Document List (MDL) and ensure stakeholders are informed of documentation relevant to their scope.
- Track document progress and ensure timely delivery in alignment with project schedules and budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of document control processes and systems.

About you
- 10 to 15 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Aconex, SharePoint, and various document management systems.
- Experience with technical documentation and terminology.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (advanced expertise is not required for this role).
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience (an engineering degree is not mandatory).
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
This position requires proficiency in English, as the role involves collaboration with English‑speaking clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams across various projects.
