Nous recherchons un(e)chef(fe) de projet Digital Twin pour piloter une initiative définie de Digital Twin au sein d'un important programme d'infrastructure ferroviaire à grande vitesse. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la livraison d'un lot de travail spécifique lié au jumeau numérique, sous la supervision du responsable Digital Twin du projet.
Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, données et technologies) afin de garantir que votre initiative est livrée dans les délais, dans le périmètre défini et en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de Digital Twin du projet.
Your role
Manage a dedicated digital‑twin workstream within the broader program, ensuring alignment with the Digital Twin Lead's direction.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables for your assigned initiative.
Coordinate BIM, GIS, IoT, systems engineering, and data teams to support integration into the digital‑twin environment.
Oversee data population and validation for your workstream, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Support the implementation of interoperability frameworks, metadata schemas, and data governance rules defined by the Digital Twin Lead.
Manage vendor and consultant activities related to your initiative.
Track progress, report status, and escalate risks or issues to the Digital Twin Lead.
Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and coordination meetings across disciplines.
Contribute to digital‑handover readiness for your assigned scope.
Promote adoption of digital‑twin processes within your workstream through communication and change‑management activities.

About you
Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Geomatics, or a related discipline. PMP or similar certification is beneficial.
10–12 years of experience in digital delivery, project management, BIM/GIS coordination, systems engineering, or related fields.
Experience managing technical workstreams on large infrastructure projects.
Technical Requirements:
Experience with BIM, GIS, IoT, or asset information management.
Understanding of digital‑twin concepts, platforms, and data workflows (Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, ESRI GeoBIM, Siemens, Nvidea Omniverse, Dassault Systems 3DX or similar).
Familiarity with data governance, APIs, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of rail systems or major infrastructure projects is an asset.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to manage complex technical interfaces within a defined scope.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced megaproject environment.
