Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Ingeniero(a) Mecánico Senior en la División de Minería y Metalurgia.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar el desarrollo de la disciplina mecánica durante las diferentes fases del proyecto (Estudios, Ingeniería Conceptual, Prefactibilidad, Factibilidad, Básica
y Detalle).Definir criterios de diseño y lineamientos técnicos para el desarrollo de la ingeniería mecánica.
Diseñar, revisar y aprobar memorias de cálculo, especificaciones técnicas, hojas de datos y requisiciones de equipos.
Liderar el diseño y evaluación de sistemas de transporte de materiales mediante fajas transportadoras.
Desarrollar y revisar diseños de chutes, estaciones de transferencia, sistemas de descarga y manejo de materiales a granel.
Realizar revisiones técnicas de diseños desarrollados por ingenieros y diseñadores de la disciplina.
Coordinar interfaces con las disciplinas de proceso, civil, estructural, eléctrica e instrumentación.
Participar en actividades de gestión de riesgos, revisiones de constructibilidad y revisiones de seguridad operativa.
Brindar soporte técnico durante las etapas de procura, fabricación, construcción, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha.
Gestionar consultas técnicas con clientes, proveedores y contratistas.
Participar en actividades de estimación, elaboración de propuestas y definición de alcances de ingeniería.
Actuar como referente técnico y mentor para ingenieros de menor experiencia dentro del equipo.
Requisitos:
Educación formal: Titulado(a) en Ingeniería Mecánica. Colegiatura Vigente (Deseable).
Experiencia: mínimo 10 años en ingeniería mecánica para proyectos mineros o industriales.
Experiencia comprobada en diseño de sistemas de manejo de materiales.
Experiencia liderando actividades de ingeniería mecánica en proyectos multidisciplinarios.
Experiencia en ingeniería de factibilidad, detalle y soporte a la construcción.
Experiencia en interacción técnica con clientes y proveedores.
Inglés: nivel intermedio (deseable).
