Manager / Senior Manager - Network

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Lead/Manager to design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure across global operations. The role requires a hands‑on leader with deep expertise in Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS), combined with strong vendor/client management skills and the ability to drive KPI‑based governance and reporting.

What will you do?

  • Lead the network infrastructure function across on‑prem and cloud environments.
  • Architect and design enterprise network solutions ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
  • Manage and configure Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls (ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
  • Oversee cloud networking in Azure and AWS (VNETs, VPNs, routing, security groups).
  • Ensure network security including DMZ management, VPN, and firewall policies.
  • Define and enforce network processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with ITSM, Security, Hosting, and Application teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships for network hardware/software contracts and negotiate renewals.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on network performance.
  • Drive automation and monitoring initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Prepare network performance reports, dashboards, and capacity planning for leadership.
  • Mentor and guide network engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • Experience: 12–15 years in enterprise networking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Cisco networking (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Proven experience in cloud networking (Azure/AWS) design and operations.
  • Solid understanding of network security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation for network services.
  • Strong knowledge of SLA/OLA governance, KPI tracking, and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).
  • Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Cisco DNA Center) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: CCNP mandatory; Azure/AWS networking certifications is added advantage.
  • ITIL v4 certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of network design, architecture, and capacity planning.
