Overview
Join our Ports & Marine team and help shape the future of major port infrastructure across Québec. As a Project Director, you will contribute to meaningful engineering projects that support communities, trade, and innovation. You will work with a dedicated team of experts committed to delivering sustainable, high‑impact maritime solutions.
Location: Montréal or Québec City office
Your Role
Reporting to the National Director, Ports & Marine, you will play a key role in strategic development, project management, and delivery of large-scale port and marine infrastructure projects. As a technical leader and project manager, you will be responsible for client relationships, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify business opportunities to support the sector's growth in Québec.
Lead all phases of port and maritime infrastructure projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
Oversee the preparation of technical deliverables, including reports, plans, and tender documents.
Guide design and analysis activities for maritime structures such as caisson wharves, jetties, and sheet piles.
Propose innovative and sustainable engineering solutions aligned with best practices.
Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in port and maritime infrastructure design.
Registered as a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Knowledge of marine design codes and standards, with a functional understanding of typical design considerations for steel and concrete structures, soil-structure interaction, and maritime environmental loads.
Strong project management skills and proven experience delivering successful port/maritime infrastructure projects.
Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (spoken and written).*
