Overview

This position requires all-round professional ability and self-motivation. You will be required to manage Hospitality & Fit-out projects as Project Manager. You will be responsible for project performance in terms of HSE, schedule, design, scope quality, stakeholders, process, risk, project administration and cost. You will be required to perform duties diligently to the quality standards set by the Company and conform to the Company's policies and business systems and be always committed to their implementation and continuous improvement.

Your role

  • Project execution and administration using established work processes and company quality management systems.
  • Leading interactive planning sessions and establishing project schedules.
  • Risk identification and establishing project risk register.
  • Liaising with the client and stakeholders to ensure all client requirements related to the work packages are met, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Managing all employees under your report to ensure they are working efficiently and completing tasks correctly.
  • Assist in all procurement/contract administration activities, including but not limited to preparing technical specification, reviewing, and analysing submissions, preparing reports, negotiating with tenderers/contractors, chairing and writing minutes, administering awarded contracts and closing final accounts for awarded contracts.

About you

  • Preferred Degree Holder in Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design or relevant discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years in Hospitality & Corporate Fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation preferred e.g. PMP, RICS, CIOB.
  • With good understanding of statutory submissions following Fitting out work.
  • Able to work independently and run construction meetings.
  • Able to coordinate between stakeholders including clients, consultants and contractors.
