Von unserem Standort in Oldenburg aus erbringen wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Vereinigten Königreich als Teil der Power and Energy Solutions Practice ein breites Spektrum an Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Speicherung von Kohlenwasserstoffen und erneuerbaren Energien. Dazu gehören unter anderem Bohrtechnik, Betrieb von Tiefbohrungen, die Entwicklung und der Betrieb von Salzkavernen und Porenspeichern, Verfahrenstechnik und Maschinenbau für Energiespeicherung und -transport sowie die Prozesssicherheitstechnik. Dabei bieten wir unseren Kunden die gesamte Bandbreite von Leistungen an, von der Machbarkeitsstudie bis hin zur Projektumsetzung.

Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Standorts in Oldenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Well Engineer. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung arbeiten Sie als Teil des Well-Engineering-Teams an Entwicklungsprojekten für Wasserstoffspeicher (Bohrung und Komplettierung) und unterstützen unsere Kunden beim Betrieb und der Überwachung bestehender Bohrungen (Bohrungsintegrität).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitarbeit an untertägigen Ingenieuraufgaben und komplexen technischen Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Bohrung und Komplettierung, Bohrungsintegrität sowie Bohrungsbetrieb.
- Erstellung von Studien und Programmen für die Entwicklung von Wasserstoffspeichern.
- Regelmäßige und proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Projekten für neue und bestehende Kunden auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene.
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Erreichung von Klimaneutralitätszielen, beispielsweise im Bereich der Wasserstoffspeicherung.
Ihr Profil
- Hochschulabschluss in einer relevanten Ingenieurdisziplin und/oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Bohrtechnik, Workover-Operationen oder im Betrieb von Tiefbohrungen.
- Kenntnisse und Verständnis nationaler und internationaler Industriestandards sowie Richtlinien.
- Bereitschaft zur Anerkennung als Sachverständige/r gemäß BVOT 14.1 für Bohrungsintegritätsbewertungen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Präsentation technischer Berichte.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Meetings, Workshops und Präsentationen.
- Ambition, aktiv zum Ausbau des Geschäfts in Deutschland und Zentraleuropa beizutragen.
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen (unter 20 % Reisetätigkeit).
