Your role
- Project Planning: Assist the Client to develop comprehensive Delivery Strategy in conjunction with planning team, using related Benchmarking for Baseline Programme, in accordance with the Project Brief, Charter, etc. to confirm key objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Team Coordination: Assist the Client Development Director, coordinate the PMC resources permitted by the Client for the project and oversee the Consultants appointed by the Client such as Lead Design Consultants (LDC), Cost Consultant (CC), etc.
- Budget Management: Ensuring the project budgets are established by the appointed Client Cost Consultant and assist with ensuring that the design is developed within the allocated financial constraints.
- Risk Assessment: Manage the risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Client with Stakeholder management for clear and regular communication with key stakeholders, including client's functions/management, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the project adheres to all Client related governance, regulations, work instructions, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet established criteria.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track project progress, analyse performance metrics, and provide status reports to stakeholders, in conjunction with Program/Project reporting teams.
- Procurement: Assist the Client in producing the Procurement Strategies in accordance with approved Delivery Strategy. Produce TRFQ Tender enquiries for Consultancy Services and manage Consultants to produce Tender RFP Documents for Construction.
- Governance: Assist the Client to comply with procedures such as Stage Gates.
- Change Management: Manage the changes in project scope, schedule, or resources and ensure that any modifications are documented and communicated appropriately.

About you
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (such as Architecture), or a related field qualification is required. PMP in project management is advantageous.
- Experience: Project Management at pre-contract stage with 15+ years' experience for Mixed-Use Asset types.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various Asset types (Mixed-Use), including its regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and present project updates and proposals effectively.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges, ensuring successful project completion.
- Safety Focus: A deep commitment to maintaining project safety standards and prioritizing safety in all aspects of the project.

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced senior-level professional, project based in AlUla KSA, responsible to assist the Client at the Development Stage (RIBA 1-4) and oversee the Client appointed Consultants on projects, in accordance with the PMC Development scope of services.
