Overview

Line manages more junior staff. Independently leads smaller projects with support of a director. Possesses in depth knowledge and expertise in at least one area of planning. Can deliver smaller bids independently (including financials), significantly contributes to the larger ones. Leading on the day-to-day management of projects (up to 10mn AED fee). Capable of independent preparation and delivery of complex solutions based on pragmatic and coordinated methodologies in line with best practice. Act as discipline representative at external workshops and forums.

Skills

  • Developed Town Planning/Urban Design skills and understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.
  • Effective communication.
  • High quality report writing skills and / or GIS / AutoCAD / Rhino/ Sketchup/ Adobe Suite / PPT.
  • AI, Copilot, Gamini, Nano banana
  • Leads interface with Statutory Authorities.
  • Project manages smaller projects.
  • Developed leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of AtkinsRéalis' standards, policies, codes and procedures.

Qualifications required

  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • Degree in Architecture/ Landscape/ Urban Planning/ and or Masters in Urban Design/ Master Planning or equivalent.
  • Member of the Professional body . AIA, RIBA, ARB, RTPI or equivalent.
