Talent Acquisition Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to be based in Cairo and support multiple hiring projects across the Middle East. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions across functions and geographies. You will play a key role in driving talent pipelines in a fast-paced, project-based environment while ensuring a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.

Your role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across Middle East markets, from role briefing to offer management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights and hiring recommendations

  • Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (direct sourcing, job boards, referral networks, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Deliver recruitment support across concurrent projects with varying timelines and priorities

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate communications

  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local labor regulations

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS (Workday) and prepare regular hiring updates

  • Support talent pipelining initiatives for critical and hard-to-fill roles across the region

  • Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment processes

About you

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy

  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country hiring, preferably across the Middle East

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers

  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and reporting

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Based in Cairo with flexibility to support regional business needs
