Overview
Join AtkinsRéalis as a Team Lead, Document Control and play a key role in supporting major engineering projects. You will lead a team of document control professionals responsible for ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of critical project information across complex engineering initiatives.
Working within a collaborative and innovative environment, you will contribute to the successful delivery of local and international projects while helping drive excellence in document management practices, systems, and processes.
Your role
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of document control professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality services across projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes, procedures, and systems aligned with project and corporate requirements.
- Oversee project document management activities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective information governance.
- Provide guidance, training, and technical support to project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery performance.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of document control personnel.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure document quality, traceability, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About you
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in document control systems, document management practices, and information governance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in French and English communication, both written and spoken*.
*This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the clients and/or suppliers you will interact with are primarily English-speaking and located outside Québec
