Overview

Nuclear EMEA is growing rapidly. We've grown significantly in the last 5 years and expect to double our revenue over the next five years. As we grow, we need to continue to evolve and transform our business to be ready for what's to come. To continue our drive to be the partner of choice for our clients, we are seeking a Transformation Director to shape our business for the future. As we grow, our business will need to evolve to reflect the broader range of projects, products and services we offer. This role will form part of the Operational Leadership Team (OLT) and will report to the Operations and Commercial Director.

Your role

  • The purpose of this role is to lead change, engagement and adoption across complex business improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring change is coherent, well‑understood and sustainably embedded across the Nuclear EMEA business.
  • In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and shaping how major transformation initiatives land across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, programme sponsors and governance forums on high‑profile, business‑critical change.
  • You will act as a connector across initiatives, identifying overlaps, risks and opportunities to improve clarity and alignment, while developing clear, compelling narratives that translate complex change into practical, actionable messages.
  • The role also involves building and sustaining engagement networks that support adoption and feedback across EMEA, and bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex, cross‑cutting work in fast‑moving and ambiguous environments.
  • This role offers broad exposure across programmes and the opportunity to influence how transformation is experienced across the business.
  • It combines strategic thinking, strong communication and hands‑on change leadership to help teams navigate complexity and deliver lasting outcomes.
