Overview
The UK&I Win Work team is seeking a Win Work Transformation Lead to join the UK&I Win Work Excellence Group (WWEG).
The WWEG is a shared service operating across all of AtkinsRéalis' UK&I business units It supports a range of win work activities including Capture Planning, Proposal Management, Reporting and Key Account Management (KAM). It also manages the development and delivery of our win work improvement programme.
The Win Work Transformation Lead will play a key role in the team by providing leadership and oversight to specific improvement projects, as well as collaborating with other members of the WWEG team and business unit win work leads to support the timely completion of win work activities.
Your role
The principal responsibilities of the role shall be to:
- Manage regional delivery of global and regional win work transformation projects. This may include, but will not be limited to:
- Project Management of our UK&I Small Bids Programme. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new win work services, drive business adoption, and realise benefits across the region
- Project Management of new technologies to enhance our knowledge management and proposal delivery such as Project Vault (case studies), Proposal Expertise Hub (PEH), Proposal Information Hub (PIH) and Co-pilot Win Work Agents
- Optimising our existing win work technologies e.g., Dynamics 365 to enhance KAM.
- Support the Regional Win Work Director to develop business cases for selected win work transformation projects.
- Support the Regional Win Work Director to prepare for and brief senior stakeholders on the progress of win work projects.
- Own the Win Work Community engagement programme, coordinating regular community calls that connect stakeholders, promote collaboration, showcase innovation, and support the adoption of strategic Win Work initiatives and tools.
- Project manage the annual UK&I Win Work / Key Account Management (KAM) events. Supporting the Regional Win Work Director to deliver high-impact events that drive engagement, collaboration, and strategic account development.
- Support the team to successfully implement the UK&I KAM Programme.
- Attend (as required) the UK&I Win Work Steering Group to provide updates on live win work projects and to identify opportunities for future projects that will add value.
