For Parveen, AtkinsRéalis has been a place to learn, grow, collaborate, and contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact around the world. Originally from Gurgaon, Parveen joined AtkinsRéalis in 2012. His journey began in the Bengaluru before he moved to Gurgaon, where he had the opportunity to witness the opening of the company's Cyber City office. Over the years, he has built a rewarding career shaped by diverse experiences, global exposure, and continuous learning.
Today, Parveen leads the Canada Water BIM team, working alongside talented professionals to deliver high‑quality BIM solutions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence across projects.
A journey built on opportunity
Since joining AtkinsRéalis, Parveen has contributed to several landmark projects, including the West Cumbria and the OPG‑DNNP project. These experiences allowed him to strengthen his technical expertise, work with multidisciplinary teams, and gain a deeper understanding of global project delivery. One of the highlights of his career was the opportunity to visit the AtkinsRéalis office in Doha. The experience provided valuable international exposure and a broader perspective on regional project requirements, while reinforcing the importance of cross‑cultural collaboration in delivering successful outcomes. "Working with global teams and contributing to challenging projects has helped me grow both professionally and personally," Parveen shares.
