This program offers its graduates many benefits. In addition, or graduates can also benefit from networking with other professionals as well as receiving mentorship from industry leaders.

The Saudi Graduate Program provides its members with access to some of the best professional training opportunities available anywhere in the world through virtual learning as well as in-person learning. Each of our graduates receive a catered technical development plan, that align with what the individual's career goals are and developmental items identified by their manager. Graduates receive hands-on experience through workshops, job shadowing sessions, research projects and more. These activities are designed to help fresh graduates build their skill sets while also providing them with invaluable contacts within their industries.

The Saudi Graduate Program equips the graduates to be in the driving seat of their career by providing them with mentor support; global mobility opportunities and career guidance tailored specifically to each members/graduate’s interest.

We are looking for young professionals, Saudi nationals as well as expats, with the following: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Information Technology, or Graphic Design. GPA 3.2/4. Less than 2 years’ experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and eager to learn. Flexible and adaptable. Positive and growth mindset.
