AtkinsRéalis est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) agent de relance son bureau de Montréal afin de soutenir la croissance de l'équipe déjà en place et de contribuer au succès de nos différents projets.
Votre rôle
- Relancer l'achèvement et la livraison des matériaux conformément aux commandes d'achat ou aux accords contractuels.
- Relancer l'achèvement et l'émission des livrables des fournisseurs (plans, rapports de test, etc.) conformément aux dates figurant dans les accords d'achat.
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs ou les sous-traitants les dates de livraison requises pour les matériaux et les livrables.
- Surveiller la progression des fournisseurs, l'ingénierie, l'acquisition et la fabrication, et rendre compte de l'état d'avancement des activités.
- Évaluer et rendre compte de la performance des fournisseurs afin d'initier recommander des mesures correctives auprès du superviseur.
- Assurez le suivi des matériaux pour la construction et l'ingénierie et préparer l'autorisation d'expédition et suivre les expéditions pour la construction.
- Assister aux réunions de lancement et participer ou organiser des réunions régulières avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
- Soutenir les acheteurs et les administrateurs de contrats dans la vérification des factures.

À propos de vous
- Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire au sein de l'industrie de l'ingénierie ou de la construction.
- Expérience des grands projets d'infrastructures et industriels; (atout).
- Engagement en faveur d'une conduite éthique des affaires et faire preuve de confidentialité.
- Souci du détail.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y compris une expérience des systèmes de gestion de projets.
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
*Ce poste requiert la connaissance d'une autre langue que le français, soit l'anglais, puisque le travail à produire est destiné à des publics situés'ailleurs au Canada, à l'international ou dans une autre région du monde.
