We support the delivery of successful planning consents, business cases and construction projects and help our clients to articulate their messages and engage a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences.
We are looking for a passionate communications and engagement professional to join our growing team in Birmingham, UK at either Associate or Associate Director level depending on experience.
You will have experience of devising communications and engagement strategies and delivering large scale consultation programmes for infrastructure and/or regeneration projects. Experience of the rail sector is particularly desirable for this role.
Your role
- Identify our project stakeholders and develop a plan to build relationships, communicate, consult and collaborate with them.
- Work with our graphics and visualisation team and technical specialists, to develop multi-channel communications content.
- Plan and run engaging workshops with communities and organisations, such as webinars, workshops and exhibitions in local venues.
- Plan and run large public consultations.
- Collate and analyse feedback received from the public, to inform the ongoing development of our projects and report back on our findings.
- Play an energetic part in business development for the team – including network building, identification of opportunities, bidding, client presentations.
- Manage projects and budgets – both standalone and as specialist team manager in multi-discipline teams.
- Mentor and develop more junior members of the team.
