Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Coordinador(a) BIM Senior, para futuros proyectos, en la División de Minerales y Metales.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar y desarrollar el modelo BIM e integrar la información relacionada al modelo entre los distintos equipos de ingeniería que participan en el desarrollo del proyecto.
- Configurar la plataforma modelamiento 3D en terreno, teniendo presente que esta es una herramienta relevante en la fase de construcción'y en el desarrollo del modelo AsBuilt.
- Generar el modelo Naviswork para que sea visualizado de forma transversal en la etapa de construcción.
- Integrar el programa de construcción'elaborado en Primavera P6 con el modelo 3D bajo la plataforma Naviswork Simulate.
- Incorporar a Naviswork los datos provenientes del levantamiento laser con la finalidad de controlar el avance de la construcción'y realizar comparaciones con la programación definida.
- Actualizar el modelo 3D de acuerdo a los cambios de Ingeniería que se puedan generar durante el proyecto.
- Participar en las reuniones de coordinación'entre las empresas de construcción, el cliente, topografía y el consultor de Ingeniería.
- Realizar la reportabilidad en Power BI de acuerdo a los avances semanales. Soportar al área de control de proyecto y construcción'en el desarrollo de los reportes en Power BI y formularios en power apps.
- Soportar al área de Ingeniería en la elaboración'y respuesta de los RFIs de campo.
- Soportar en la constructibilidad de los proyectos a través de modelos en 3D que simulen la ejecución de las obras.
- A partir del modelo 4D deberá realizar un control del avance de la construcción'en base a comparar lo planificado con lo realmente construido, detectando cualquier desviación que se pueda producir en cualquiera de las etapas de los diferentes paquetes de construcción.
- Publicar el modelo actualizado en la plataforma BIM 360, dando acceso a las personas del proyecto que requieren la información del modelo 3D/4D.
- Interacción de vehículos en áreas de tránsito de equipos fuera de operaciones mina (franja naranja)
- Manejo en operaciones mina (franja naranja).
- Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
- Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.
Requisitos:
- Formación'Académica: Título Profesional Universitario y colegiatura vigente en la carrera de Ingeniería Civil o Similares.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de 8 años en total, con 5 años en proyectos mineros.
- Manejo de Software: Entorno Windows, Autocad, Civil Cad, Naviswork a nivel avanzado.
- Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio.
