HR Systems Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support Linxon's global HR systems and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a SuccessFactors super user, with deep involvement in system configuration, HR workflows, and end-to-end HR processes. Workday experience is an added advantage.

This role requires solid functional HR knowledge combined with technical system expertise to ensure effective system configuration, continuous improvement, and strong alignment between HR processes and business needs.

What will you do?

SAP SuccessFactors Administration & Configuration

  • Act as a super user for SAP SuccessFactors across relevant modules.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize SuccessFactors settings to support HR processes and business requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments across the SuccessFactors landscape.

HR Systems & Workflow Management

  • Manage and optimize HR workflows, approvals, and system-driven processes.
  • Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities and propose practical, system-based solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems.

HR Processes & Functional Support

  • Support a wide range of HR processes including core HR, employee lifecycle management, organizational data, and reporting.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR functions to translate functional needs into system solutions.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Extract and analyze HR data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance SuccessFactors reports and dashboards; exposure to tools such as Excel or Power BI is preferred.

Stakeholder & Change Support

  • Support change management activities related to system updates and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and basic training to HR users and stakeholders as required.

Experience and Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR systems or HR operations with a strong systems focus.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory, including configuration and super-user level support.

  • Solid understanding of HR workflows and end-to-end HR processes.

  • Workday experience is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country HR environments.
  • Experience working on HR system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
  • Practical knowledge of reporting, data validation, and HR data governance principles.
  • Ability to balance functional HR knowledge with technical system configuration skills.
