Your role
MEP Designs review for compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, district cooling plants, grey water treatment plant & Automatic waste management plant.
Analyze and optimize the energy efficiency and sustainability of mechanical systems.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP designs through thorough review and analysis.
Identify design issues and discrepancies in MEP systems.
Provide technical advice and recommendations to design teams to improve MEP system designs.
Verify that all MEP designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Prepare and maintain detailed review reports, specifications, and other project documentation. Knowledge of Mostadam, LEED.
Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

About you
Qualifications
Experience in Mechanical related type projects required.
Candidates must have experience in Construction Supervision with a Consultancy with a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience (minimum 8 years in the UAE).
Buildings / High-rise / Villa project experience is preferred.
For the Engineer position, a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Specific Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
At least 12 years of experience in MEP.
Good knowledge in basic design requirements, familiar with Mechanical methodologies and installation processes and procedures. Knowledge of the Building Codes.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Competent at writing reports – can present views clearly and concisely in good written English.
Detailed knowledge of construction techniques.
