While the role is primarily operational and administrative, there will be opportunities to contribute ideas and support broader People initiatives and strategy.

Your role

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Coordinate and manage internal communications, including Slack updates and announcements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of People updates and internal content.
  • Collate and prepare materials for line manager meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director – People & Talent and internal recruitment team to support hiring activity.
  • Assist with employer brand activity, including LinkedIn posts and recruitment content.
  • Book and facilitate meetings, ensuring materials are prepared in advance.
  • Collect and organise data and insights to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Collate content for People initiatives, presentations, and updates.
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and help manage associated budgets.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating social events and engagement activities.
  • Support reward and recognition activity (e.g. WOWs, feedback, case studies).
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve People processes and systems.
  • Support delivery of People projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas towards People strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support, including travel arrangements where required.
