You will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity, reliability, and compliance of engineered equipment installations by driving rigorous quality standards from planning through execution. Your contributions will directly impact project success, client satisfaction, and operational performance by proactively identifying risks, enforcing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality across all project phases.

You will develop, implement, and continuously enhance comprehensive quality management plans that ensure precise control over installation and inspection activities at construction sites.

  • You will ensure all inspection processes comply with applicable industry standards, including ISO 9001, IEEE, NEC, and ASTM, reinforcing consistency and regulatory adherence.

  • You will conduct detailed site inspections and audits, verifying that all activities meet Linxon standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

  • You will manage non-conformances through to resolution, driving corrective actions that strengthen quality performance and prevent recurrence.

  • You will provide guidance to project teams, ensuring full compliance with quality deliverables such as PQPs, ITPs, and supporting documentation.

  • You will maintain accurate, thorough, and audit-ready quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance documentation.

  • You will generate clear and timely quality reports, providing stakeholders with meaningful insights into project performance and risk areas.

  • You will identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate quality standards across EPC energy projects.

  • You will lead root cause analyses to uncover underlying issues and implement sustainable corrective actions that drive continuous improvement.

  • You will deliver training and mentorship to project teams, strengthening quality awareness and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Who you are?
