Overview
The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.
Your role
- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
- Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
- Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
- Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
- Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years' QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
