Overview
Join AtkinsRéalis as a Specialty Field Specialist and play a key role in the successful delivery of construction and facility management projects. As part of the O&M team and reporting to the FM Site Manager, you will contribute to project planning, coordination, execution, and quality assurance while working with multidisciplinary stakeholders in a dynamic engineering environment. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in construction, project management, and infrastructure delivery.
Your Role
Prepare project coordination documentation for construction activities.
Validate project deliverables, including reports, technical specifications, plans, schedules, and estimates.
Analyze client requirements and support the successful completion of project objectives.
Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.
Develop budgets and schedules while monitoring costs and progress.
Support tender preparation, bidding processes, negotiations, and contractor selection.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and construction industry requirements.

About You
Technical, Engineering or Architectural training related to building construction or property management.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
Ability to manage construction projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and MS Project.
Aptitude for planning, organization, prioritization, and process optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating autonomy and a strong customer service mindset.

Expected compensation for this role is between $68,800 - $94,600 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
