Votre rôle
- Analyser les besoins des clients et des parties prenantes afin de concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées aux enjeux d'affaires et aux projets.
- Développer, maintenir et améliorer des outils de suivi et de performance, notamment des tableaux de bord, rapports et indicateurs (KPI) à l'aide de Power BI, Excel et autres plateformes de données.
- Assurer le soutien et l'optimisation des applications et systèmes, incluant le diagnostic des problèmes, la maintenance des processus et la résolution proactive des enjeux.
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des solutions, en fournissant du support fonctionnel et en veillant à la bonne utilisation des outils déployés.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (projets, opérations, TI, gestionnaires et clients) pour mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue, soutenir la prise de décision et contribuer à la réussite des projets.

- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en travail d'équipe et en résolution de problèmes.
