Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Supervisor(a) CSA Senior, para futuros proyectos, en la División de Minerales y Metales.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar el avance y cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
- Controlar la operatividad y eficiencia de los equipos involucrados.
- Emitir informes de diagnóstico inicial antes del inicio de trabajos del contratista.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Revisar y validar los planes de ejecución presentados por el contratista.
- Analizar los reportes diarios de avance presentados por el contratista.
- Participar en reuniones de coordinación'en campo y reuniones contractuales.
- Coordinar la entrega y disponibilidad de materiales en conjunto con el cliente.
- Validar tendencias y cambios propuestos por el contratista.
- Coordinar el levantamiento de interferencias y resolver indefiniciones de alcance.
- Revisar especificaciones técnicas, planes de gestión'y procedimientos del contratista.
- Monitorear avances diarios y validar el cumplimiento de cronogramas.
- Realizar planificación semanal y seguimiento de actividades clave.
- Elaborar informes de cierre de supervisión'y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos contractuales.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de la empresa.
- Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
- Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.
Requisitos:
- Educación formal: Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil. Colegiatura y habilitación vigente.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de 8 años en total y mínima de 5 años en proyectos mineros en el área de actuación.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años desempeñándose como Supervisor Senior, Ingeniero Senior o posición'equivalente, según corresponda.
- Experiencia en obras de infraestructura, movimiento de tierras en minería y presa de relaves.
