Overview
The Construction Manager (Electrical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover.
Your role
- Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
- Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs.
- Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, Vendor documents approvals, etc.
- Manage final accounts closing.

About you
- Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical/Control/ELV System including General Electrical, ELV, CCTV, IT System, BMS, EMS etc.
- MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control.
- Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages.
