Candidat.e à la profession d'ingénieur (CPI) – Coordination en ingénierie de projet.
Le ou la CPI agit en soutien à la coordination des enjeux techniques multidisciplinaires du projet, sous la supervision directe du responsable de la fonction. En interface avec les équipes d'ingénierie, les fonctions commerciales, contractuelles et de gestion de projet, la personne contribue à faire progresser des dossiers complexes dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
Ce rôle vise à appuyer la structuration, l'analyse et la coordination de problématiques techniques, contractuelles et organisationnelles, tout en développant la capacité à influencer des parties prenantes sans autorité hiérarchique directe.
Votre rôle
- Appuyer la coordination de sujets techniques impliquant plusieurs disciplines et contribuer à leur intégration.
- Participer à l'identification et à la structuration d'enjeux techniques complexes.
- Soutenir la préparation et le suivi des discussions visant l'alignement des parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à assurer l'interface entre ingénierie, gestion de projet, équipes commerciales et contractuelles.
- Participer à l'analyse de situations complexes, à l'évaluation des impacts et des risques, et à la préparation de recommandations.
- Assister dans la gestion des divergences et dans la facilitation de discussions entre parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à faire progresser les dossiers en exerçant une influence collaborative.
- Appuyer la préparation et l'animation de rencontres de coordination.
- Rédiger et structurer des communications claires et synthétiques adaptées aux différentes audiences.

- Baccalauréat en génie, avec statut de CPI.
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de structuration.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des intervenants variés.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement flou, dynamique et en transformation constante.
- Rigueur, jugement et sens des priorités.
Atouts:
- Expérience ou intérêt pour les projets multidisciplinaires, en infrastructure ou systèmes complexes.
- Compréhension des interfaces entre technique, commercial et contractuel.
