Overview
Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor and Coordinate database updates of Corporate Suite requirements
Responsibilities:
Documentation during the build-up, operational & Dismantling phases for the Corporate Suites.
Undertake inspections of Corporate Suites and associated Facilities.
Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and schematics.
Have an eye for detail; accuracy and attention to detail in all work and show initiative in developing new ideas.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to deal professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people (Project team/Client/Contractors etc.,) at all levels.
About you
College of Engineering
Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory
Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement
