Overview
The Landscape & Urban Design practice at AtkinsRéalis India is currently expanding to support projects across the Property, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors globally. We are looking for highly motivated and capable Landscape Architects and Urban Designers to join our integrated team and contribute to projects worldwide.
Your role
- Take ownership of design work under the supervision of Senior Landscape Architects.
- Draft technical reports and contractual documents of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimal guidance.
- Work according to project schedules and proactively inform senior team members of any issues that may affect project delivery.
- Establish and agree upon design standards and parameters with senior team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary technical coordination.
- Complete specifically assigned tasks within agreed time and cost parameters.
- Use business-related software such as Revit, Rhino, InDesign, and other relevant tools independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional project work where applicable.
- Be willing to travel, when required, to AtkinsRéalis offices and project sites globally and collaborate with international teams.

About you
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from a nationally or internationally recognized university is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered if supported by relevant experience across landscape design project stages, including design, documentation, and site implementation.
- Chartered status or active participation in a professional chartership pathway will be considered an added advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in the landscape architecture field.
Technical Competencies
- Experience in delivering Landscape and Public Realm projects.
- Familiarity with design, tender, and construction processes.
- International experience in the Middle East (ME) or Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions will be considered an advantage.
- Competence in design detailing and construction techniques.
- Understanding of evolving industry standards, particularly in collaborative and multidisciplinary design environments.
- Proficiency in:
- Revit
- Rhino
- AutoCAD
- Lumion
- Adobe Creative Suite (CS5)
- MS Office
- SketchUp
- Google Pro

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and logical approach to project delivery.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance from senior team members.
- Capability to identify and communicate project or team concerns to the immediate Line Manager.
- Openness to discussing career goals and aspirations.
- Willingness to share knowledge and information with team members.
