Operations Support Analyst II

Overview

We are seeking an Operations Support Analyst II to join our team in Portland, OR.

The operation support specialist II is responsible for providing support to the section lead, through data accumulation and analysis, data entry and problem-solving for work planning and control. This is a full-time position with robust benefits and a great team! This position will support our premier and confidential client located at their site.

Your role

  • Process purchase orders and change requests in client's'ERP system following client SOPs.
  • Provide status updates for change orders through daily reporting and communication with the client.
  • Work with project controls, project management, finance and operations personnel to expedite and trace purchase and change order status.
  • Assist in the QA/QC of documents for change orders, in accordance with the client's'approval process.
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of daily/weekly reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and trade contractors.
  • Assist in the review and monitoring of invoices for contractor spending.
  • Assist in the review and execution of project closeout process.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage data inputs and changes across multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Assist in coordination of meetings between team/self and client.
  • Review cost reconciliations between contractors' cost of work and funding allowances.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Construction or related field is Preferred.
  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Intranet and Adobe.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
