Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee and manage the design and implementation of overhead line electrification (OLE) projects for rail systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Electrification Design, project management, and a deep understanding of rail infrastructure.
Your role
- Lead and manage OLE design projects from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and electrical engineers.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress.
- Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

About you
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rail electrification or related infrastructure projects, fewer years will be considered as Senior Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of overhead line design principles, standards, and practices.
- Strong knowledge of rail electrification standards and practices (e.g., EN, IEC).
- Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., MicroStation, Civil3D, Revit etc.).
- Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to OLE design.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
