Overview
Join our Candu Security Services team and play a key role in supporting an engineering environment focused on excellence and innovation. As an Administrative Support team member, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our department by providing organized, reliable, and proactive administrative expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, while making a meaningful impact on day‑to‑day operations.
Your Role
- Anticipate and navigate changing priorities to meet deadlines and departmental objectives.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and manage the flow of information, including maintaining electronic documentation and files.
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide support and guidance with office equipment and software.
- Maintain and upload project files into document control systems.
- Undertake special assignments as required by Management.
- Serve as ACSO (Alternate Company Security Officer) for Designated Organization Screening and Facility Security Clearance processes with the Government of Canada.
