  • Regularly review construction progress, cost performance, and schedule adherence in coordination with Project Controls and QS teams, ensuring corrective actions are implemented where required.
  • Manage field expenditures and services to ensure all construction operations remain within approved budgets, including evaluating change notice proposals to assess their impact on subcontract values and project forecasts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and serve as the primary communication link for all site‑related activities, while also fostering productive relationships with staff, subcontractors, and internal AtkinsRéalis departments.

  • Monitor technical compliance of site activities, oversee subcontractor quality assurance performance, coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues, and ensure all safety and quality inspections follow AtkinsRéalis standards.
  • Ensure all provisions for temporary and permanent site setups are in place, including approvals for temporary works, lifting plans, and permits, prior to commencement of related activities.
  • Ensure effective deployment and utilisation of digital tools such as EviFile and InnDex for material recording, work scheduling, progress reporting, and quality control, while chairing weekly construction meetings and supporting resource prioritisation across teams.
